KENNETH N. HAEGER

Mr. Haeger has over 30 years of experience in construction‑related projects and claims.  For the past 17 years, he has been engaged in construction claims resolution and avoidance, project management oversight and construction audits.  Previous experience includes 19 years with Bechtel Corporation, a major architect / engineer / construction firm, in a variety of professional capacities, including Cost Schedule Manager, Cost Schedule Supervisor, Planning and Scheduling Engineer and Cost Engineer.  Clients he has assisted include law firms, architect/engineers, governmental agencies, equipment manufacturers, utilities, contractors, subcontractors, plus developers and owners of major construction projects.  Mr. Haeger is thoroughly familiar with computer‑based cost and scheduling programs such as Critical Path Method (CPM) and various performance monitoring programs. 

As a consultant with Summit Consulting International,  Mr. Haeger  is responsible for construction claims preparation and defense, expert testimony, project management oversight and construction audits.  Previously with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Hill International, Inc., he provided similar services including developing and evaluating claims; analyzing project documents and interviewing project personnel; preparing as‑planned and as‑built schedules; developing expert reports addressing claim‑related issues, delays and loss of productivity; assisting in depositions; preparing for and participating in mediation/arbitration sessions; performing independent audits of ongoing construction; and preparation/development of project schedules.

Mr. Haeger holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Long Beach State University.
