EUGENE J. ROGERS

Mr. Rogers has over 30 years of experience in construction‑related projects and claims.  For the past 20 years he has been engaged in construction claims resolution.  Clients he has assisted include law firms, architect / engineers, governmental agencies, contractors, subcontractors and owners of major construction projects.  Prior to that, he worked for an Industrial Piping Contractor performing work in a variety of professional capacities, including Estimating, Schedule Development, On‑Site Project Management, and Construction Dispute Resolution.  Prior to this period Mr. Rogers worked for a major Construction Management firm on the construction of two new automobile assembly plants, performing project over‑site duties. 

 As a consultant with Summit Consulting International, Mr. Rogers is responsible for claims preparation and defense,  schedule disruption and delay analysis, and loss of productivity analysis. Previously as an independent construction claims consultant, and with Hill International, Inc., he provided similar services including developing and evaluating claims; analyzing project documents; interviewing project personnel; preparing as‑planned and as‑built schedules; preparation of expert reports addressing claim‑related issues, delay analysis and loss of productivity analysis; assisting in depositions; preparing for and participation in mediation/arbitration sessions. 

Mr. Rogers holds a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from Lawrence Institute of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
